Financing multi unit fix and hold
I'm looking for the best financing options on my first multi property purchase, three duplexes. I have one hard money lender but the fees and interest rate seems high. My credit is on the high end. I'm at 65% ARV with comps. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks
