Looking for Wholesellers in Florida
Hi everyone, I have put a contract on a Duplex in Englewood,Florida and decided that I would like to wholesale the property instead of having it has a rental. The reason being, I live in Hilton Head SC which is 6 hours from the property. I picked the property up while on vacation looking through the classified. I’m looking for advice on how to find local wholesalers in Florida. The duplex contains 2 bedrooms 1 bath 800sf each side. Thanks- Tom
