How do I get information on when notice of defaults are sent out to people that are behind on their mortgage payments in Texas?

Notice of Default in Texas(Acceleration) is not a public document.  The only required public notice is the Notice of Trustee's sale which can be posted as little as 20 days before the foreclosure takes place

Keep in mind these sales are big business and you are going up against some deep pockets who have title company relationships and a large research budget
