Should I put a manufactured home on my lot?
Hi Everyone, My partner and I own a vacant lot. We had begun the process of selling the property. But have also been researching the possibility of purchasing a manufactured home and then selling. We would look to have the home fully installed and then selling. What are the pro's and con's of manufactured housing when sold with the property. (This is not a Mobile home park. This is on a street that is zoned for both standard construction as well as Manufactured/modular homes.)
Will potential buyers have trouble obtaining financing for a manufactured home property at the $150K price point?
