To sell or not to sell
Fellow investment property owners, are you keeping your rental properties after the change in tax laws two years ago? We have a rental in CO that is doing well and making a small profit, we were planning on selling it as the value has gone up quite a bit and the change in tax laws are not favorable, but now we have the impending capital gains tax increase from Biden. Just not sure if selling is the best course of action or keeping it at this point.
