Where do Invest Post-Corona?

Dear BP Community - I live in Northern Virginia, and looking to invest in a SFH or MFH that can generate positive cash flow with strong rental demand. Anywhere as south as Richmond and as North as Baltimore would be fine. I have been away from news so not sure this is a good time to invest or not. I am a buy-and-hold type of a guy.

First big thing to do is forget about whether it's a 'good time' to buy or not. Look for cash flowing deals that fit your criteria and goals. Some times they may be easier to find, sometimes harder. But the principles are the same.

RIchmond is a great market but if you don't know the neighborhood it could be easy to get into trouble.
