real estate attorney?
Hi y'all! I'm wondering if you can point me in the right direction of a trustworthy real estate attorney? Someone you know and trust. We are potentially buying a home in ATL with no mortgage loan. We aren't using real estate agents, this is a private deal, and want to make sure we set up a strong sales and purchase agreement. Do you have any recommendations on where to look and the cost, etc? Thank you.
