Capital Gaines and 1031 Exchange
Hi there! We have 3 properties locally that we rent to Business Professionals and are considering selling them for an investment property in the Panhandle of Florida. We would love some feedback on 1031 Exchange. Would you pay the 20% in Capital Gaines or do a 1031 Exchange? Thanks so much for recommendations.
