Hi BP family! Im new to RE investing and have been looking to possibly start in Cape Coral Florida. I want to house hack a small multi family place to start but Im not sure if that is something that is a good market in this area. Does anybody have any pointers as to what neighborhoods a should be looking into. I currently live in CA so I have no idea about where the good areas are.

Hi Monserrat, I live in Redondo Beach and invest in Cape Coral. I would suggest you look at the SW portion of Cape Coral if you interested in an area that’s been established. I agree you are better off on city sewer and water. Buying an older duplex that you can update is going to be a better bang for your buck. Feel free to reach out to me with any questions.
