Peter Vekselman and Partner Driven...I'm so confused!
There have been a few posts about this guy and program, but no real concrete answers.
Essentially they finance 100% of deals, everything even closing costs and repairs. Plus they/he will coach through the process. And they have tons of tools.
You then split the profits with him 50/50.
I haven't called them yet to discuss but from what I've read you have to "join" the program first, of course at a cost. I've seen everything from $400/month to $10k to join.
IF this is completely legit, why isn't this talked about WAYY more for new investors without 20%+ to put down on a DP.
Am I completely missing something here? Is this a complete scam?
Are there people in BiggerPockets that are in this program?
