aFinancing for an investor group/LLC

Thinking about partnering with a couple of associates (2 to 5 total people). We are looking to finance a 50% downpayment on the loan for the purchase. Because getting financing through a new LLC is difficult, how would you recommend approaching securing the financing and title with the LLC? TIA!
