Where should I set up my LLC
Hi all, I plan to buy an investment property in Birmingham, AL, and I would like to purchase it through an LLC. I have an old LLC registered in Delaware that I've kept. Can I use that, or are there specific advantages to setting up a new LLC in the state where I purchase the property? Thanks for your thoughts.
