How do Pre For-closures work?
Hi everyone. I have been seeing a lot of pre for closures popping up on Zillow lately. I currently have my NC license and my broker has been of no help. If I was to get a pre foreclose listing, what extra steps would I have to take, or is the standard listing agreement enough? thanks your help.
