Problem: Finding a Lender for a Remote Cabin Type Rental

Does anyone know how to find a lender or private lenders who would do a remote private cabin in Greer, Arizona, 2 Bed 1 Bath 600 sqft.

My buddy and I have tried all types of lenders, and can't seem to find anything that would do it because its either too remote, or its too low of a loan amount (purchase price is $145K).
