$400k heloc funds available, looking for new turnkey location
Currently own several properties in the Memphis area, happy with the investments, but prices have gone up a lot last several years. I understand prices have gone up everywhere, curious if anyone is finding better ROIs elsewhere? Curious about prop. manager experience as well?
