How to find High Rent Areas?

Corazon B.
Posted

How do you determine if the area is actually in demand prior to purchasing a house?
I am looking at this property here:

It is located in 2421 NW 29th ST Cape Coral, FL 33993....is there a website that you guys go to, to do research on the demand of a particular area? Do you look for the job opportunities available in the city? Types of schools? How close they are to grocery stores, gyms, etc.?

@Allen Wu Very much so, particularly if purchasing in the Northern side where new construction can still be found under $300,000. Similar priced properties can be found at a $100,000 premium traveling 15-20 minutes South on the bottom side of Cape Coral, so it's very reasonable to believe that these new construction properties will reach those levels in the not so distant future
