Selling a realtors property

hi Guys

New user here looking for a direction, any input/suggestion will be greatly appreciated.

I hold a NJ real estate license (with KellerWilliams for the past 4 months). I have my 9 to 5 job so I am not really focusing on real estate right now( no sales and commissions so far)

The question I have is I want to sell my own home. How do i proceed? Should I list it as FSBO or should I go through KellerWilliams as a listing agent ( not sure how much they will charge me considering I have not made any sales) or is there any other better option?
