@Joe Mathew it’s better than up and coming. It’s simply a bedroom community with decent schools and clean neighborhoods.
It borders some of the hottest cities in Oakland County, Michigan’s richest.
You can’t go wrong with flips or rentals (if you’re in at the right price).
