Good time to buy rentals?
Contemplating buying in Bucks County PA. I want to purchase more rental properties but an worried that the market is over-inflated. The last time I bought at a high (in 2005), I held on long term but still ended up selling at a loss 9 years later. Is it worth it to wait until the market corrects itself?
