Question about selling my rental
Can anyone offer any information or insight in selling a house in one of those cash for your house situations. My house is a rental I'm trying to unload. There is an option of doing minor repairs for sale, but I might take the option of selling as is if I can get the cash I need to satisfy what I owe.
