4th bedroom or gameroom?
I'm considering converting my game room into a 4th bedroom. Currently have 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms in a 2500 sqft home in Houston. But I'm worried about resale value... Would I be wasting my money doing this upgrade or would it increase my home value?
