Real Estate License?
Hey Everyone,
Thinking about getting my real estate license. I know it will save me some commission dollars on the buy and sell end of the deals; however, are there any downfalls to getting it? Is there ever a scenario where I am better off not having it? Taxes, Regulations, etc.
