Real Estate Headache

Alex Chernenko
Posted

Hi everyone, I have been a huge fan of bigger pockets for the last 7 years but never posted on the forums. I wanted to reach out the the good people of bigger pockets today for advice. I am an agent in Sacramento, CA and have a situation where my buyers are in contract on a home and the seller has decided to back out at the last minute. Escrow is funded and ready to go and we are within our timeframe to close but the seller sent us a cancelation with the reason listed as "changed his mind". Can anyone recommend a good real estate attorney or any advice on getting him to go through with it? Thanks a bunch in advance!
