Hello BP community, this is a question for investors investing in expensive markets such as Los Angeles, New York, Seattle, etc. What type of real estate are you currently investing in? How are you making a profit with said investment? Your answers are appreciated. Thanks!

@Daniel Fulkerson, agree with the above. In the Seattle market, to make numbers make sense, most probably you will need to do some kind of rehab
