Buying quadruplex in Baltimore

Posted

Hello I’m currently looking at quadruplex multi family houses in Baltimore. It seems to get a quadruplex multi family house that has been rehabbed and is turn key the costs are 350000 and up. Is this the norm for turn key quadruplex. I’m currently looking throughout Baltimore. To name a few areas I have been looking at Charles village, Reservoir Hill, West Arlington. One of them had 3 bedrooms and 1 bath for West Arlington. Can someone get at least 1100 rent per unit.

This is way too broad of a question. Values and rents will vary dramatically in different parts of the city - there are neighborhoods where $350k would be a steal for a 4-unit, and other neighborhoods where you can find them listed under $200k all day. Good luck!
