TurnKey Company suggestions
Hi we are getting ready to sell a rental house that doesn't cash flow and take the gain (100K) into a 1031 to find a new rental or two. We are looking to invest out of state with a turn-key company. There is no way to get a cash flowing property local here in the Seattle or Washington markets.
I have heard of and looked into Memphis Investment Prop in Tennessee.
Hoping for some other companies to look into and any real life experience reviews with those companies.
