Question about a vacant house.
We want to try and buy a vacant house on our road. The owner killed himself, and it went back to the bank. Is there any way we can purchase this home?
we have not been able to figure out what bank holds the mortgage.
looking for helpful tips. A realtor told us she has seen this before, and that some homes sit vacant forever.
