Selling home and moving into a duplex
Okay I may be all over the place here but hopefully I can explain. I'm in a market where I believe I could get more than the appraised value for my home. I realize then trying to find another house I would just end up overpaying for that one eliminating my gains from selling my house. We are considering purchasing a duplex to live in and when the market settles down looking for a new home. Duplexes are currently not as hot as single family homes.
