Hello all, I am need of a little bit of assistance. I have used some of the calculators and tools for residential real-estate analysis. Does anyone know if these same tools on here would be an effective resource for a commercial property analysis? Or would there be a better way to do an analysis specific to commercial real-estate? Any help or resources you all could guide me to would be much appreciated!

Sincerely- Paris

A commercial broker is going to take a ton of headache, guesswork, and risk off your plate in this area.  Well worth the commission.
