How to get funds for my 1st deal

Question

I am a hungry young investors whose work ethic is unmatchable. I have been studying and learning about investing for a few months now. I am ready to take the next steps but I have continue to fall short when it comes to getting the funds for a deal. I am looking for an investors or partner with funding. Please, let me know ways to get funding

Happy to hear you're ready to make the leap. As a fellow newbie, I can tell you that some of my friends and family have a lot more cash sitting around than I would've ever thought. It's just a matter of asking a lot of people the right questions and structuring the deal in a way that is appealing. That being said, it shouldn't be too difficult to offer someone better returns than they are currently making in a savings or checking account.

There's a book by Matt Faircloth called "Raising Private Capital". Definitely worth a read! (link below)

I am $150k on house and renovation. And a lot of that require a good credit with great income to debt ratio

What size deals are you targeting for your first deal? A great way of getting into real estate investing is with a 1-4 unit property and a FHA loan that has a low down payment requirement.
