BRRRing in Detroit Suburbs

Hello all,

Looking for a market to invest in. Would like to attempt to BRRR or "Soft BRRRR". Any thoughts on doing this in the suburbs of Detroit? Any recommendations of those neighborhoods or even another market to BRRR in.

Thanks for any input!

Are you moving here?

The strategy will work in Metro Detroit, or anywhere else, as long as you can find properties priced below the market due to needed updates/repairs and you can get those repairs done for less than the sale price discounts.

In our opinion, Metro Detroit offers more of these opportunities than most other cities.
