We Buy Houses - Facebook Ads

As a real estate agent, it's pretty easy to generate homebuyer leads with paid facebook ads.  I'm looking for seller leads as an investor, not as an agent.  Has anyone had any success with "we buy houses" paid facebook ads?

Yes, I am currently running Facebook ads to find off market properties as a buyer and am enjoying some success. Small sample size but I'm just over 2 months in and have 2 deals under contract with a third in negotiation.
