Micro wholesaling program
I watched a webinar from connected investors on micro wholesaling program...They have this software called PIN PLUS...As a beginner wholesaler this software seems to help you get deals done quicker..The catch is they want 1400.00dollars down and then 97.00 a month to use this software...Has anyone tried this software out?I am finding mixed reviews on this software..Also this software pulls data from the PRE MLS ...The 97.00 a month seems fair but 1400.00 down? Any feedback would be appreciated..Thanks
