How exactly does refinancing a property work?
I understand the basics of refinancing, however I’m brand new to the concept and have trouble fully understanding it. The concept is to pull the equity from your property to use as a down payment on the next property? Do you still have to pay back the equity used? I would appreciate some enlightenment, thank you
