Interested in a home with foundation repair
Hello everyone, I am looking at making a purchase on a home that had previous exterior foundation repair. According to the inspection, it was minimal but the house has had foundation issues. That was recorded in 2011 and no further foundation issues. What are your thoughts about moving forward on the deal?
