Raising Capital for BRRR Investing
Bought my first 2 family in NJ & am now looking to invest out of state. I have roughly $100k saved up but would like to raise capital for deals so I can buy more attractive properties and scale faster. Would love to connect with a fellow investor that has experience raising capital and who would like to speak about their journey. I realize time is tight so if there are any RE related items I can lend a hand with to compensate for the time spent speaking I would love to help and learn that way as well.
