Tell me about the cons

Hello everyone, I'm am considering investing in property. I've done my research and have the funds, resources required, and am essentially ready to start investing. As it is always easy to like the pros and reward of something, I would like to know what you would say are the down sides, the negatives, the cons, of investing in real estate. As in certain aspects that's what should really be looked at whenever doing anything, and if you can live with the down sides, then you should go ahead and do it. Let me know what you think some of the negatives are. Thanks! Josh
