Any reliable contractor crews in chicago land area?

Question

Looking for an experienced and trustworthy contractors crew (tile work, carpentry, plumbing, electric) in the Chicagoland area. Any help would be appreciated.

Welcome to my fellow Chicagoans. Getting referrals for professionals that Investors need to work with is critical. Many don't understand investors. We work with a different mindset of business first. Homeowners are all about it being their HOME.

BP is one great resource for that. But as always you need to screen every person/referral yourself.

You can also get out to local REI Clubs. BP lists two groups in Chicago. For Obvious reasons, I like the WCRT group, because the WCRT does not allow the presenters to SELL you their products, They must give info only with no sales. There is also a segment towards the end of the meeting where people can ask questions such as yours to the group, and others will give answers. It is called the Burning Questions segment. Quite Powerful.
