BP Podcast Guests: Where are you now??

As I listen to various episodes of the podcast from the archives, I often wonder... where are they now?  Did they continue on the trajectory they were on at the time of their interview?  Any new lessons learned?  What's changed?

If you were a guest on the show, it would be cool to get your thoughts contrasting where you were then versus where you are now in your investing career!

I was part of a panel on show #380 with Chris Clothier and Mike Butler regarding Covid as the "average guy" representative. At that time, I had 7 or 8 properties, and was still working as a Physical Therapist. I had been planning my exit from Health Care for a while, and was in the process of getting my Real Estate License. That summer, I began helping investors buy and sell properties here in Toledo, and also had my personal portfolio grow from 7 to 18 houses somehow in the midst of a pandemic.

I retired from PT on December 4th, 2020. I began to work for my brokerage full time in our Property Management division, and recently became simply a full time Realtor and Investor. I still have a lot of work to do, but I can say that I escaped the job that I hated and love being in the world of Real Estate!

I'm more than willing to share what I had to do to get out a PROFESSION, not just a job. It wasn't easy, but if you're interested let me know.
