Hi My Name is Marcel Sunday I'm a 19 Year old Real Estate Investor in the Dayton Ohio area and I'm looking to start big with Small to Mid Size multifamily. I have access to private capital through family and a large group of investors and I'm looking for some insight in investing here in Ohio.
