Land Purchase for Tiny Home Rentals
Hello,
We have been brainstorming on what to do for our first Real Estate Investing venture. I have been fascinated with the "Tiny Homes" concept for while now and have seen many little tiny home villages pop up in different areas of the country. We are looking to purchase a 2-3 acre lot in a popular year-round vacation area and possibly add 3-4 tiny homes on it and renting them to vacationers who are looking for something different and affordable. Any suggestions?
