Anyone have a good inspector in Memphis they can recommend for a SFH?

Jason Lovalace has been nicknamed the " Deal Killer " as he does a fantastic job and I used him on my personal purchase, he is not investor friendly meaning you might/will lose deals as he inspect investment property like actual home owner purchases.

Asher Murray, Chip Ward, Terrell Turner are investor friendly inspectors.  Google them and you should be ok.

I found out we have also used Jason Lovelace before as a company and he has done some work on personal purchases for my family.

I can also personally recommend Mike Roland, Bullseye Inspections.  He is a little bit older - also my neighbor - but has been investing here in Memphis for a long time and has built houses as well.  He's been doing inspections since before I met him and we have been neighbors for about 7 years.  Good guy.  1-901-237-6141.  Feel free to contact him and if you use him great, if not, no big deal.

Now at least it looks like you have some choices.

Jason it depends on what you want the inspector to do. Do you want an "eye for detail super critical inspection" or a "check all the big stuff inspection".  I can recommend both types we use 3 regularly in the city.
