Any Review on PropStream / Other off market list gen?

Question

I had a friend suggest using PropStream to generate off market leads. Does anyone use this and have feedback on them? Does anyone use other off market lead generators? Open to any and all feedback!

gives you properties on and off the market, allows you to filter, which is one of it's best features in my personal opinion. It gives you the option to skip trace for 12 cents per owner and if they come up with nothing then you only get charged for the contact info that they do get a hold of. But yea, that's a little insider lol. Let me know how it goes!

Donald its a great way to gain research, but a horrible way to gain leads. In this day and age of technology you are pretty much getting leads, skip tracing them, then calling or texting them then hoping someone reaches back out to you. The way I get all my leads, which works even when I am sleeping is reverse engineering. Motivated sellers come to me. Using marketing online (which isn't even all that expensive) you can gain easy traction into turning those leads into flips or wholesale deals. Hope this perspective helps.

Hey Donald, I actually used it to find leads and I found it super beneficial. I suggest just giving it a try, they do have a 7-day free trial. Then you just email them to cancel if you don't find it to your liking. Hope that helps!
