Indianapolis contractor for flip
Hi everyone,
My partner and I just got our offer accepted in a SFH in Indianapolis. We are planning for this to be a BRRR. This is our first time working together on rehab project, hopefully there will be many more to come. Any tips or advices is greatly appreciated!!!
