Advice…Rent out primary residence a place and rent…
Tell me your thoughts on this idea….
Rent out my primary residence with a 2-year lease, rent myself for a while, then plan to buy another home in a year or two. I would speak to a lender on my qualification to buy again before executing this out, just curious if anyone has done this? Thanks
