We own a LTR in Charlotte NC. Thinking about buying an investment lake home at Lake Murray SC for an AirBNB. Don’t want to pay taxes on the Charlotte home sell. Help!

1031 exchange is a federal concept.

Any national firm should be able to help you with this.

You may want to see if your title company has any 1031 exchange recommendations.
The alternative is to find one through biggerpockets.
