All, I am local in Kansas City but I work with an "Industrial Money" buyer. If anyone is interested in getting bids on their properties, let me know! We are looking to buy 50+ this month. Buy box: SFH, 900+sqft, 3 bed+, vacant at closing. Closer to turn key the better!
