Safer bet - SFH or Duplex for newbies ?
Wanted opinions of BiggerPockets community regarding where should we start as new investors? SFH or Duplexes ?
Considering all the costs and worries that come along with these what would be easier ground to get your feet wet in a smaller city (70k population) ?
My thoughts:
Since its smaller city i would like to think mostly people that own homes are families and others usually rent apartments. So even for future aspect if i want to sell a duplex only another investor would buy it not a family.
Your thoughts ?
