Investing in syndication as a group
Hi all,
A group of friends and I are looking to invest because individually none of us have the funds to make the investment on our own, so we are putting out money together to make the investment.
The question is do we need to set up an LLC or LLP in order to do this? -- the property is out of state, and the group is from multiple states across the country so we want to make sure we are going about this correct as we look to invest.
