First Time Multi-Family Home Buyers

My name is Adrian, and I am an aspiring Real Estate investor along with my partner Onneka. We are both currently searching for a lender and real estate agent located in Southern California (located in Cerritos, CA). We have read books and listened to multiple podcasts, ready to leap into our first property being a multi-family.
